Rechlio vs AiSensy
Both do WhatsApp automation. The difference visible from their public pricing is how it is sold: AiSensy prices the chatbot builder and the AI agent as add-ons on top of a plan, and Rechlio meters usage with the automation itself included. This page has their published figures — and is explicit about the one they did not publish.
Included, or an add-on
AiSensy sells the AI agent and the chatbot builder as paid add-ons on top of a plan. On Rechlio the AI answerbot, the automation rules and the flows are part of the product, and what is metered is usage — ₹2.00 to score a lead, ₹0.10 to classify a reply.
Neither shape is wrong. An add-on is honest about what the expensive part costs; metering is honest about the fact that you only pay when you use it. What matters is knowing which you are buying before the second invoice.

What was not published
When their pricing page was read on 7 September 2026, the subscription plan prices were not displayed — the page led with add-ons. That row in the table above says “not published” and this page leaves it there.
Why not just look it up elsewhere
Because a figure taken from a review site or an affiliate roundup is a figure nobody is accountable for, and comparison pages that quote them are how a competitor ends up misrepresented. The sourcing rule on this site is that a claim comes from the company’s own published material or it does not appear. Ask AiSensy for the plan price — it is theirs to quote.
Rechlio’s pricing
How Rechlio is priced
| WhatsApp platform fee | No platform fee on WhatsApp — you connect your own WhatsApp Business account and Meta bills you directly |
|---|---|
| Per seat | No per-seat charge |
| Plans | A free plan with no card, and monthly plans for quota rather than access |
| Everything else | Per action: finding a business, scoring it, sending on email, SMS or voice |
The full rates are on the pricing page, and the calculator will add up a month at them.
What each calls automation
On Rechlio, “automation” is four separate layers, ordered by how much can go wrong: auto-replies for business hours, keyword rules that can reply and label and set a status, scripted flows for a bounded set of questions, and an AI answerbot for everything else. The answerbot ships disabled and hands off to a human on keywords you nominate or on anything it is unsure about.
The four layers in detail. The argument for describing them separately is that reaching for the AI first is the common mistake, and the simplest layer that can handle a message is the one that should.
When AiSensy is the better choice
- You are running commerce on WhatsApp — catalogues, Shopify — which is a direction Rechlio does not go in.
- You already have your contacts and need broadcast and chatbot tooling rather than discovery.
- You want a packaged chatbot builder as a distinct product with its own price.
- You prefer their per-message pricing to dealing with Meta’s billing yourself.
When Rechlio is
- You need to find the businesses first. Discovery, scoring and outreach in one product.
- You want email, SMS and AI voice calls alongside WhatsApp in one campaign.
- You would rather not buy AI as a separate SKU, and would rather pay per use.
- You want Meta to bill you directly for WhatsApp, with ₹0 added.
Questions
- Why does this page not state AiSensy’s plan prices?
- Because their pricing page did not display them when it was checked on 7 September 2026 — it led with add-ons. The alternative would be sourcing a figure from a review site or an affiliate roundup, which is exactly how comparison pages end up wrong. If you need the plan price, ask them; it is their number to quote.
- Is Rechlio’s AI included or extra?
- Metered, not bundled and not an add-on: ₹2.00 to score and segment a lead, ₹0.10 to classify an incoming reply. The WhatsApp answerbot, the automation rules and the chatbot flows are part of the product rather than a separate purchase. There is no credit pack to buy.
- Does Rechlio have a chatbot builder?
- Yes — scripted flows with steps and options, plus keyword automation rules and an AI answerbot that hands off to a human rather than guessing. All four layers described here, including why the answerbot is off until you turn it on.
This page is written by Rechlio, so read it as one side of a comparison. Every figure attributed to AiSensy comes from their own published pricing, is dated, and is linked above — nothing here is sourced from a review site or an affiliate roundup, and nothing is estimated.
Where AiSensy does not publish a figure, this page says so rather than filling the gap. AiSensy is a real product with real customers; for plenty of businesses it is the better fit, and the sections below say which ones.
