What is the Rechlio wallet?
Your Rechlio wallet is a prepaid INR balance. On Pay-as-you-go plans, all usage is charged to this wallet. On subscription plans, usage beyond your monthly quota is charged to the wallet. Top up securely via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking).
How is WhatsApp billed?
Rechlio charges no platform fee for WhatsApp. As an approved Meta Tech Provider, we connect your WhatsApp Business account and you pay Meta directly for each conversation, at Meta's own category rates (Marketing, Utility, Authentication, Service). You keep full control of your WhatsApp billing with Meta.
Can I bring my own SMTP, SMS, or WhatsApp provider?
Yes. You can configure your own SMTP server for free email delivery, and your own MSG91 account for SMS at a lower ₹0.05/send. WhatsApp always uses your own connected Meta account, so it is free on Rechlio regardless.
Do unused quotas roll over?
No. Monthly quotas reset on your billing anniversary date. Unused quota does not carry forward.
What happens if I exceed my plan quota?
Usage beyond your plan quota is automatically billed to your Rechlio wallet at the per-unit rates shown below. Your campaigns continue without interruption as long as your wallet has balance.
Is there a free trial?
The Pay-as-you-go plan is free to start — you only pay for actual usage. Top up your Rechlio wallet with any amount to begin.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Settings page. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
