Rechlio
Business lead finder

Find out whether your market is findable, before you sign up for anything

Most lead tools ask for an email address before showing you a single result, which means you commit before you know whether the businesses you sell to are in the data at all. This page is the tool, working, with no account. The rest of the page is an honest account of what the results are.

Try it

An industry and a city, the way you would say it: “CA firms, Pune”. “Interior designers, Mumbai”.

Try:

Where the data comes from

A business listings API — the same source behind map results. What it reflects is what businesses have chosen to publish about themselves, which is the useful property: a business maintaining a listing is a business that wants to be contacted.

It also sets the ceiling. If a category does not maintain listings, no amount of searching will surface it, and any tool claiming otherwise for the same category is telling you something about its data sources.

What a result contains

  • The business name, as published.
  • Its address, shortened to the recognisable locality.
  • Its phone number, where listed — usually the one that also reaches it on WhatsApp.
  • Its website, where listed.

Inside the product you can also filter by rating, business type and price level. For most Indian SMB categories, rating is the fastest proxy for whether a business is actually operating.

What it does not contain

  • Named decision-makers. No owner names, no job titles, no personal contacts.
  • Personal email addresses. Nothing here is guessed from a pattern like firstname@company.com.
  • Anything about a business that it has not published itself.
  • Any other Rechlio customer’s leads, conversations or campaign data. The public search never reads that data.

Why it is free, and where the limit is

Every search costs money to run, so anonymous searches are capped — you get a search without an account, and there is a hard per-address ceiling behind it so the tool cannot be used as free bulk lookup.

Popular searches are cached and served from cache, so a repeat of something already looked up is free and instant. The cap is on new lookups, not on reading.

What happens after you find them

Finding is the first of four stages, and the other three are where the work actually is: scoring the list so your messages go somewhere sensible, reaching them on a channel they answer, and handling what comes back. The whole path, with costs.

For Indian SMBs the channel that answers is usually WhatsApp, which has its own rules — templates, opt-in and a 24-hour window — and, on Rechlio, no platform fee.

Questions

Do I need an account?
Not for the first search. That is the point of putting the tool on the page rather than behind a signup form — you should be able to find out whether the businesses you sell to are findable before you give anyone an email address.
Is this scraped data?
No. Results come from a business listings API, showing what businesses have published about themselves. Nothing here is compiled from scraped personal data, and no other customer’s leads are ever visible in a public search.
Why does my search return fewer results than I expected?
The public search returns a small sample rather than a full page, and coverage depends on whether businesses in that category maintain a listing at all. Some categories are dense in Indian cities; trades that get work by word of mouth are thin everywhere.
