Written for a business that has never done outbound and is not sure it works. The plan is deliberately small: one segment, one channel, one number to watch, and a real decision at the end of four weeks. It costs roughly ₹1,200 to find out, which is less than most people spend deciding whether to find out.
The first month is an experiment, not a revenue channel. Its output is a fact you did not have: whether businesses of a particular kind, in a particular place, answer a particular message.
That framing decides everything else. It is why the plan uses one segment rather than four, why the list is two hundred rather than two thousand, and why the last week is spent reading rather than sending.
Industry, city, and an observable signal of size or maturity. Then read it back and ask what it rules out. If the answer is “not much”, it is a positioning statement rather than a criterion, and everything downstream will be vague in the same way.
Search for them on the business lead finder. It needs no account. If your buyers do not come back in useful numbers, stop here — that is a real finding and it has cost you nothing.
Replies, almost always. Not opens, which are unreliable, and not meetings, which are too rare in a month to be a signal.
Five hundred businesses is plenty. Full discovery costs ₹3.00 each.
₹2.00 a lead. The top of the ranking tells you where to start; the bottom tells you whether your description of an ideal customer says what you meant. Reading the bottom is the step everyone skips and it is the more informative half.
The AI drafts an opening line per business and it is a first draft. The claim about your product is yours, you are accountable for it, and a message written by somebody who knows the product outperforms a generated one badly enough to be worth the hour.
On WhatsApp if you sell to Indian SMBs, which is most of the time — there is no Rechlio platform fee, and Meta bills you directly. If WhatsApp, your template must be approved before this week starts: see the WhatsApp guide.
This is the part that decides the month, and it is a staffing decision rather than a software one. If nobody can watch the inbox this week, move the send to a week when somebody can.
Interested, not now, not interested. Rechlio classifies them automatically at ₹0.25 each, but read them yourself this once — the wording of a rejection is the most useful market research available to you and it is free.
Run it again with one thing changed. Run it again at larger scale because it worked. Or stop, because your market does not answer this way — which is a legitimate outcome and much cheaper to discover now than in month six.
500 businesses found: ₹1,500.
500 scored: ₹1,000.
200 messaged on WhatsApp: ₹0 to Rechlio, plus Meta’s conversation charge, billed to you by Meta.
Replies classified: ₹0.25 each.
About ₹2,500 on Rechlio before reply classification for a month that ends with a fact about your market. Account creation and the public preview need no card; full discovery uses a plan quota or wallet.
An illustration, not a forecast. The costs are Rechlio’s real rates; anything about response is a worked assumption, not a benchmark.
If you would rather send by email, 200 through ZeptoMail adds ₹70 — and email coverage on a discovered list is patchier than phone coverage, because no addresses are guessed.
This guide is written to be useful whether or not you use Rechlio. If you want the product page instead of the procedure, B2B lead generation is the one that covers it.
